Hello Yogis,

Dust off your flip-flops and meet me on the beach!  
This Monday, Memorial Day, is the first beach yoga class of the 2025 season.   Sarah Jordan and I will be offering classes from Memorial Day to Labor Day at various locations.  The Full beach yoga schedule is in the newsletter and on my website  www.serenitysoundsyoga.com. 
Maria Santoferraro will be popping in to lead the Full Moon Yoga on June 11th at 9pm and a Saturday morning class on June 21st.  The morning class is open to the public,  and you will have the option to sign up for a summer solstice retreat to stay the rest of the day at Firefly Beach with Maria, check out dailydownwarddog.com for details.  I’ll be there, playing the singing bowls.
